On June 19, representatives of the Miho Museum and Shumei members visited the Jacaranda organic coffee farm1. The Miho Museum started to import organic coffee beans from this farm this year and we are now helping the Miho Museum import coffee beans grown by the Natural Agriculture method.
         We arrived at the farm at noon and after lunch, members of the family that runs the farm gave us a tour, which included visiting the fields of coffee that the Miho has contracted. We were also given a demonstration of how coffee beans are harvested and dried. We hope that our efforts will support fair trade by linking the hearts of people who live in Japan and those of farmers in the developing world.   http://www.jacarandaorganico.com.br
